1. Overview At ASTRVM, all return and refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. We do not guarantee refunds or returns on any purchases.
2. How to Request a Return or Refund If you are unsatisfied with your order, the only way to initiate a return or refund request is by contacting us directly via email. Please include your order number, the item(s) in question, and the reason for your request.
We will review your request and respond as soon as possible. Please note that refunds and returns are not guaranteed and are granted solely at our discretion.
3. No Automatic Returns We do not accept unsolicited returns. Please do not send items back without first receiving approval via email. Any items returned without prior authorization will not be eligible for a refund.
4. Non-Refundable Items The following are not eligible for returns or refunds:
- Sale or discounted items
- Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery
